LBI Home & Building Inspection provides a broad range of construction related services. These services are frequently combined and/or modified in order to best fit our various clients' needs.

LBI Home Inspection provides Full Service Educational Home Inspections on homes of all age, construction type, and style, including historic properties and estates.

Inspections are performed in conformance with the American Society of Home Inspectors' Standard of Practice and local jurisdictional standards.

Upon completion of your inspection LBI delivers a comprehensive report which will provide you with a thorough, impartial evaluation of all major components and systems including:

In addition to providing you with the knowledge to make informed decisions regarding your real estate contract, LBI focuses on teaching you how to best protect your investment. We place great emphasis on training clients not only how to maintain their home, but how to most effectively, economically, and safely operate the systems and equipment as well. Although finding conditions that may relate to your purchase or sale contract is most important, the ability to take care of, and safely enjoy your home is equally significant.

Many other home inspectors have limited, or specialized backgrounds within individual construction trades. Some have little or no construction experience whatsoever and must rely on home inspector training programs, literature, and other non-hands-on experiences alone for their knowledge. Although they provide home inspection services, possibly in accordance with recommended guidelines, they simply cannot adequately analyze discovered defects and conditions in order to determine and explain the causes and symptoms sufficiently in order to properly educate their clients how to prevent reoccurrence.
