"This is my third home purchase (and thus 3rd home inspection attended) in 8 years. I was surprised by the thoroughness and careful explanation of the process and findings. By the time we left the house, I knew it better than my own home. This is exactly what a home inspection should be, and I will never again settle for less."
Tom V.

ABOUT 3
Many other home inspectors have limited, or specialized backgrounds within individual construction trades. Some have little or no construction experience whatsoever and must rely on home inspector training programs, literature, and other non-hands-on experiences alone for their knowledge. Although they had better provide services in accord with jurisdictional and professional standards and guidelines, they simply may not be able to adequately analyze defect symptoms and conditions in order to determine and explain the causes of observed symptoms sufficiently to properly educate their clients to understand and prevent reoccurrence.
